About me

I am a qualified Integrative counsellor offering you a supportive and non-judgemental environment where you will be valued as an individual. I will work together with you to explore your thoughts and feelings, allowing a deeper understanding of problems you may be experiencing. It is often helpful to talk to someone who is uninvolved with your life.

I do not aim to offer advice. I will work together with you to help you to re-evaluate and discover the best way for you to make changes which can improve your life and relationships.

I am experienced in working with couples and with individuals. I work from home in a private and confidential environment in Great Dunmow.

I have been a Counsellor for a number of years. I previously worked in Finance, giving me many years’ experience of different working environments. I believe this gives me a grounded approach to working with individuals.
