Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy works with the client’s subconscious mind to enable change. Hypnotherapy can be very useful to improve self-esteem; to improve confidence; to assist with weight loss; for anxiety and panic attacks; habits; fears and phobias; stress; public speaking; quit smoking; and to help you to accomplish your goals. These are just a few of the many aspects of life Hypnotherapy can change. Clients describe the process as relaxing and pleasant. The mind is a very powerful instrument that can be channelled to make positive changes to your life.
I am a qualified Hypnotherapist offering you a supportive and non-judgemental environment where you will be valued as an individual. I will work together with you to decide how best to achieve your goals. You will have an opportunity to discuss your requirements in a safe environment. It can be helpful to talk to someone who is uninvolved with your personal life.
The initial session will be to find out about you and the reason you have decided to have Hypnotherapy. A ‘taster’ Hypnotherapy session will be included at the end of the initial consultation. An initial consultation is the ideal opportunity for you to ask questions about the process.
I work from home in a private and confidential environment in Great Dunmow.
Our initial meeting to discuss your requirements does not commit you to further sessions unless you wish to proceed. If you wish to continue therapy, we will arrange a regular time, usually weekly, to suit us both.
Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. (Quit Smoking 1.5 - 2 hours)
Charges per session:
£40 per session (£45 after 6pm). (Quit Smoking single session £150)
I hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills (Dip.Hyp.CS) accredited by the National Hypnotherapy Society and the Royal College of Nursing (2010).
I am an Applied EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Level 2 Practitioner (2015).
I am a Registered Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society. I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and bound by its ethical guidelines for good practice. I am fully insured.
